Past or present water intrusion in basements, crawl spaces, or other areas
Water- or moisture-related damage to floors, walls, or ceilings
Mold inspections or remediation performed
Wood-destroying insects/termites
Evidence of termites or wood-destroying insects
Damage from insects
Any inspections or treatments completed
Mechanical systems
Known problems with:
